Our Story

All Around Property Maintenance was founded by Chaizz in 2013, originally operating as All Around Yard Care. Starting with a truck, a mower, and a commitment to doing quality work, Chaizz began serving homeowners in the Oakbank area with basic lawn care services.

Word spread quickly. Customers appreciated the personal attention, the reliability, and the quality of work that came from dealing directly with the owner. As demand grew, so did the services. Lawn mowing expanded to include aeration, fertilizing, and seasonal cleanup. Then came landscaping — patios, fences, retaining walls. And when winter came, clients wanted the same reliable team handling their snow removal.

In time, All Around Yard Care became All Around Property Maintenance Inc. — a name that better reflected the full scope of what the company had become. Today, we offer over 45 services across seven pillars: snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, construction, heavy equipment, carpentry, and junk removal. We serve Winnipeg and nine surrounding communities from our base in East St. Paul, Manitoba.

Through more than a decade of growth, one thing has stayed the same: Chaizz is still personally involved in every aspect of the business.
